About Me
I’m an investigative data reporter based in Toronto, Canada. I use public records, numbers, and visuals (and sometimes audio!) to tell stories about Big Tech’s global ambitions, the housing crisis, and money in politics.
Most recently, I was the data reporter on the enterprise team at Rest of World, an award-winning non-profit newsroom focused on the impacts of technology in communities outside the West. My reporting and data have been cited by organizations like the United Nations, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and Freedom House, as well as publications like the Washington Post, Bloomberg, and Vanity Fair.
I hold a master’s degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism where I was a Toni Stabile Investigative Reporting Fellow. I also graduated from the University of Toronto where I edited two campus newspapers.
